Small habits make a large impact and massive results. Whether it be reading every day, meditating, or exercising, this single act alone can change the whole direction of your life. Here are some mini habits you can follow to become truly successful in reaching your desired destination and achieving your life goals:


1. Get to know yourself


The path to progress is not easy however it will be harder if you are not familiar with your strengths and vulnerabilities. Observe how your body reacts to a particular scenario and note the efficiency of your coping mechanism to seek self-understanding. Identify your short-term and long-term goals to navigate your life, have control over your decisions and not feel lost in the vastness of the world. Being aware of who you are can significantly improve how you spend your day, thus making it easier to attract triumph.

2. Invest in good sleep


This is the easiest mechanism to stay focused and motivated. Studies showed that even after just one night without enough rest, you can feel drowsy during the day with slowed thinking, poorer judgment and inability to focus. Having 8-9 hours of sleep can improve performance and enhance creativity and concentration, therefore helping you to fulfill the targets you set. 

3. Explore the natural world and engage in outdoor activities


Being involved in recreational activities can refresh your mind and lessen your stress. The world is big. Instead of stressing yourself over the mistakes that have already been made, use your free time to explore the beauty of nature. Try hiking in the mountains, camping in a peaceful area or even swimming in the ocean. It helps you to disconnect yourself from external factors that only affect you negatively. When your mind is refreshed, your body will also be active to accomplish your desired results.

4. Do something productive every single day


Productivity is an important driver to reach your dream destination. It has the power to change your life and minimize your level of procrastination. Productivity produces bigger and better results. By simply reading a book even in just 5 minutes, journaling, and organizing your things can boost your motivation to accomplish your tasks most simply and quickly as possible.

5. Track your progress and reward yourself for every accomplishment


Tracking your growth allows you to see how far you've come and how close you are to achieving your personal goals. It provides you a tangible view and access to your journey so that you won't be lost in track. Rewarding yourself also even by simply tapping your shoulder, telling yourself 'you did well' or saying 'congratulations' are small words with big impacts to motivate yourself to accomplish tasks.
